To the Editor: A rabid Anglophile, I have been a fan of BBC America since I was dazzled to find it offered by my satellite service [Its Brash, Its British, Its Not PBS by Caryn James, March 28.] In her article about the wonderful programs offered by the network, however, Ms. James did not mention a truly dastardly thing BBC America did to faithful viewers not that long ago.
