Lift and do cardio 3-6 times a week take a week or 10 days off every 2-3 months. For me I take about 10 days at CHRISTmas and 1 week at spring break then 2 or 3 weeks in the summer what ever works for you. And be consistent and you will get the results you want.

Cold Mountain is a 2003 film written and directed by Anthony Minghella, and stars Jude Law, Nicole Kidman, Renée Zellweger, Brendan Gleeson, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ray Winstone and Natalie Portman. Musician Jack White, and actors Cillian Murphy, Emily Deschanel and Jena Malone also had small roles in the film. The film is based on the novel by Charles Frazier. Although set in Haywood County, North Carolina, it was filmed mostly in Romania, with numerous scenes filmed in Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Plot
The movie opens depicting the events leading up to the American Civil War, and proceeds to a vivid recreation of the Battle of the Crater. Jude Law plays a Confederate soldier named W. P. Inman, who meets Ada (Kidman), and is at the fledgling stages of a relationship with her when he marches off to war. Inman experiences many battles and losses of friends, and as he is recovering in a hospital from a battle wound, decides to set off on foot for his home on Cold Mountain, in North Carolina, and to the woman he loves. On his journey he meets a corrupt preacher (Hoffman), an old and wizened woman, and a young widow (Portman). Through these people, he is able to continue his journey back to Ada and finds something out about himself.
Ada is a city woman who only recently moved to the rural farm named Black Cove. Shortly after she arrives, her minister father dies, leaving her alone on the farm and with little prospect for help, as the young, able-bodied men are off at war. She is completely inept at working the farm, having been raised to become a southern lady and is struggling to survive at the farm. She manages to survive thanks to the kindness of her neighbors, one of whom eventually sends Ruby Thewes (Zellweger) to her. Ruby is a young woman who has lived a hard-scrabble life and is very adept at the tasks needed to run the farm. Ruby lives at the farm with Ada and together, they take the farm from a state of disaster to working order.
The two women form a close friendship and become each other's confidants. They also are friends with the Swangers, who live down the road from Black Cove. It is at the Swangers' well that Ada "sees" a vision of Inman coming back to her in the snow along with a flock of crows. During the war, Ada and Ruby, and other members of their community, have several tense encounters with men who are members of the Confederate Home Guard. Although the purpose of the home guard was to protect the south and its citizen population from the North, they have become violent vigilantes who hunt and often kill deserters from the Confederate army and terrorize citizens they believe are housing or helping the deserters. It is with these hunters that Inman will eventually have an inevitable show-down.
Inman eventually finds his way to Ada and Cold Mountain. They decide to marry themselves, saying that an official marriage would be silly now and a waste of time. They consummate their marriage and start their new lives together. However, the Home Guard soon finds them in the mountain, determined to kill Inman, as they know he's a deserter. While fighting off the hunters, Inman is shot. Ada goes to him, and finds him just as she saw in the well earlier when he was coming back to her. He dies in her arms.
The film ends several years later with Ada, Ruby and their families celebrating Easter. At the table there is Grace Inman, who was conceived on her parents' wedding night.

I think that she was a good choice for the part of Bella, because she is one of the few young, female actresses today that can carry such a highly-anticipated film. Some of my other favourites for the part were: Leighton Meester, Emma Watson, Emmy Rossum, Emily Browning, Rachel Bilson, and Isla Fisher.
Edward Cullen: Robert Pattinson
Obviously, no human being can ever portray the insanely beautiful perfection that Edward is described as having, but I personally think that Robert Pattinson was one of the better suggested actors. Here are some of my other favourites: Henry Cavill, Hayden Christensen, Tom Sturridge, and Gaspard Ulliel.

When I heard that he was being cast as James, I was really excited! But, the wig they put him in is atrocious! James is supposed to have cropped, dark hair.

Obviously, this is not a racist comment, but, according to Stephenie Meyer, even darker-skinned vampires are supposed to somewhat pale, even if their skin tone is somewhat coloured. I did not picture Laurent in this way at all, and the fact that the actor’s skin colour goes against the vampire mythology laid out in the novels somewhat disappoints me, but I think that he’ll be good for the part.

How come there are so many lead actors in American dramas played by Brits & Aussies?
Knew that Jamie Bamber (Battlestar Galactica), Damian Lewis (Band of Brothers, Homeland), Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) were Brits but surprised to learn the Andrew Lincoln (The Walking Dead) was also a Brit, all these actors seem so flawless in their American accents it come as a surprise that they arent American.
It seems there are lot of Brits and Aussies in American T.V, whats the reaction from any Americans out there? and are their accents believable this is from a Kiwi in Australia.
Answer: I suppose they auditioned and the casting director liked them. I don't know about Australian TV shows, but British TV shows seem to have smaller budgets and smaller runs (fewer episodes) so maybe British actors are also drawn to American TV roles for the length of contract/amount of work. I say bring them on. I'm all for good actors, wherever they are from.
As far as accents, Jamie Bamber is the only one I am really familiar with and his accent in the beginning of BSG was a bit off, but he got better as he went along. As a huge fan of the show, I watch it a lot, and the more and more I watch the episodes, the more I can catch how poor his accent was to start (especially when he had to get really emotional). But he did great in the end.
