Is Payday 2 coming on Games on Demand on August 13th or later?

I want Payday 2 bad for download on Xbox because I have microsoft points saved for it, but I hate to wait. Is this game coming out for download on its release date or later?

Answer: As the sequel to the acclaimed coop first person shooter Payday: The Heist, Payday 2 introduces lots of new elements to the existing gameplay, without denying its roots. In Payday 2, players have even more interesting options and possibilities as in its predecessor.
Players once again conduct group heists and robberies, always needing to cooperate as good as possible with each other - and, of course, not letting the cops chase them down!
It is a fantastic game which worths waiting.

I just prepurchased it on steam and it said if i did, I would get 2 beta keys. Something weird happened after I bought it and clicked install game, I dont really remember what I think it kinda froze for a few seconds. Are the masks from PAYDAY: The Heist fully copyrighted?

I was wondering if the masks from the two games PAYDAY: The Heist and PAYDAY 2 have a copyright on creating and selling masks with their likeness. I wanted a mask vendor to create the masks for me, which i would then buy from him and use for theatrical purposes. I just wanted to know:
1. Are the masks protected in any way by a copyright
2. Is it legal to have the masks created and then purchase them (or do i need Overkills consent)
3. Is there any way to contact Overkill in case they have any masks like the originals?

Does payday differ if you have Direct Deposit or receive a paper paycheck?

If a companys Payday every 2 weeks on Friday, is the company required to make sure every employee receives pay that day?

Most of the employees at my company have direct deposit. I do not want direct deposit. The other employees are paid at midnight Saturday morning by direct deposit, but my check is mailed to me and I dont receive it until Thursday or Friday the following week.

Shouldnt the company overnight my check to make sure I at least get paid by Monday? Is there laws regarding this?
I do not have a bank account because I am in the middle of a divorce and do not want money garnished for my soon to be exs debts.


I can understand that the company doesnt not pay simply because I want to be paid. I can also understand that employees that help the company by choosing DD has the bonus of getting paid a day earlier. But isnt a company required to make sure all employees are paid on the day they say is PAYDAY? I would not complain if I received a check a day or 2 late, seeing as it is immpossible for it to "POOF" and be here. However I donot receive a check for almost 7 days after "PAYDAY"

It shouldnt take that long to get to me by mail anyway...

Answer: if you are getting it Thursday or Friday and Paydays are Friday, then they are meeting their obligation.

If you want it earlier - then get a bank account and get direct deposit
