How can I lose weight? I always get ill when I do! What am I doing wrong?!?
Im 17, a girl, 5"9 and I weigh 75kg. Ive had weight issues since around age 11 when I was borderline overweight.
One year ago I started calorie counting and was on 1500 a day before realising I was taller than I though and I should have been on 1650. I went from a size 16 at 82kg down to a size 12/14 at 73kg so I was really proud of myself. I only drank water, I went vegetarian, I cut portion sizes, I cut out most bread and all sweet food and started exercising at home without equipment just using things like Pop Pilates on youtube. Soon after I reached 73kg I got really ill and went back up to 75kg and a size 14. Now I feel like crap about it because Im still on the same eating thing but my weight wont budge. Everytime I change my diet in anyway to try and lose some I get really ill.
Im just so fed up now because Im slipping back into depression [I had it on and off for 4 years but finally got out a year and a half ago!] with all the stress of everything right now which isnt helping but I really want to reach my original goal weight of 70kg.

or a taller Demi Lovato and I hate it! I have wide shoulders, my waist goes in a tiny bit and I have a fat butt and thighs plus I have a fat face which I hate :/ Im not trying to be really skinny, just comfortable. Im 40" bust, 36" waist and 42" butt and it really bugs me.
I dont know what Im doing wrong :/ Help?
I just want to be thinner! Im fed up of being self conscious about my weight and I dont carry it well because Im tall. I just feel like a failure and wish I could do normal stuff like go to the beach and do sports without feeling like people are grossed out
Answer: Know that you can't lose too much weight too quickly or you get sick due to mal-nutrition.
The best way to lose weight is by eating right and exercise *Surprise* but also by calorie counting. This has worked for me.
A pound of fat = 3500 calories.
Most people suggest that a person take in 2,000-2,500 calories a day.
Take in roughly 2,000 maybe a few hundred less like 1,700 a day at the least on wholesome foods (not packaged).
Then exercise and keep track of how many calories you're burning off (it's now in excess since you're burning off everything you eat that day anyway by doing what you usually do).
Walking is great for losing weight, buy a pedometer to measure the number of steps you take per that day. Most suggest 10k a day, try for 12k (about 6 miles a day). You will see a difference after 1-2 weeks, I guarantee it! Just don't expect to become super model skinny in that short length of time.

Why are people making a big deal about the Amy Schumer joke on the Roast of Charlie Sheen?
The joke she made that people claim was about the death of Ryan Dunn was actually suppose to be towards Steve-O. Before that happened, Steve-O actually made a joke about the fire at a night club that killed 100 people, but it people dont know this because it was deleted out of the show.
Answer: I watched this actually. Some of it was not funny (the ROAST) When the camera panned to Steve-O he wasn't laughing he was stone faced, because the joke was sort of like saying to him that it should have been him in that fatal car crash. The death of Ryan Dunn has the joke factor comedic wise to it because Dunn was DRUNK driving at over 140 mph and his passenger died as well. The OTHER death I think is the reason why this joke is being made a big deal out of.
I can't (well I can) believe the Steve-O literally head butted Mike Tyson, fell and BROKE his nose on the stage! What a moron! Charlie Sheen just kind of looked at Steve-O and shook his head then walked away with Mike Tyson.

Can you get into a comedy club with an adult?
Amy Schumer is one of my favorite comedians. She is coming to a close comedy club, but Im 16. My parents like her, too. You have to be 21 or older to get in (I suppose its a bar-like scene), can I get in with them?
Answer: Doubtful, very doubtful. Normally 21 to get in means 21 to get in, no exceptions. You can always call them to double check but it's not looking good. The comedy clubs where I live don't let in people under 21 at all for any show.

I think Dennis Rodman, Jay Leno, Steven Tyler, and Chelsea Handler would all be good if they do it right like they used to. Anthony Jeselnik and Amy Schumer have brought them down and the people they picked for Roseannes roast last year mostly werent funny (except of course for Jeff Ross and Gilbert Gottfried). What do you think?
Answer: I agree that Leno would be an excellent choice, and the timing is perfect considering he is again stepping down from the The Tonight Show.

— The internet is abuzz with rumors that stand-up comic star Amy Schumer has a "sex video" and may release it soon as a publicity stunt. CNN reports that they have spoken with sources with direct knowledge of the tape. The filming allegedly took place during a recent photo shoot with Cosmopolitan magazine in which Schumer made headlines by posing nude. Allegedly, during a break in shooting, Schumer along with two co-workers engaged in a "sex romp" that involved one of the co-workers dogs. An eyewitness not involved in the incident, but shown the tape later, said, "It was horrific. Its a crime. Theres no question a crime took place. They told me they would edit those parts out, but plan on selling this thing later this summer to get publicity."
