Answer: Depends on the state. In Arizona, possessing child pornography is punishable by 10 years in jail PER piece of child pornography (2 photos could equal 20 years). Because you took the photos and sent them, you could also be charged with possession and dissemination of child pornography.

Age when he distributes them is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is your age when you were in the photograph. If he/you has a photograph of you when you were underage, charges could be filed.

Stop taking nude photos of yourself. Once they are taken, it's a bell you can't unring.

Why do I dream about being naked in public?

I keep having a dream that Im naked in public and my crush is always there. A few weeks ago I dreamed that I was at a water park and my bathing suit came off, leaving me naked and afraid that my crush would see me. After that, I had a dream that I was walking around the track at school and I was completely naked but no one noticed or cared. And last night, I dreamed that I left my clothes in my locker at school and so I had to run across the hall to get them. This time, I was embarrassed to be seen naked and people were laughing at me and some seemed disgusted. And my crush was walking down the hall, so I ran away as fast as I could into the office, hoping he couldnt see. Unfortunately, he walked into the office, too, and I was trying to cover my body with my hands. He didnt seem to notice, though. What does this mean? And why was my crush in it, being the only one who didnt notice me naked? And also, why didnt people care in the other dream but cared in the last one? Im confused :/

Answer: If you report him, he will go to jail or be fined. Posting or disseminating nude pictures of minors is a crime. But even if you were not a minor when he took them, you could still sue him for it. It is a violation of your privacy. My advice? Have the local authorities give him a call and kindly suggest he destroy those pictures before he gets himself in trouble.

Why do people believe that children are harmed by seeing naked humans?

Many people accept without question that nudity is harmful, but I cant understand what harm it is that they are afraid of.
I know what they dont want, I just dont understand why.
They are not just worried about inapropriate sexual behaviour, they become extremely upset if a child momentarilly sees an uncovered breast.
I think that thoise toddler beauty contests are much more sexual than most nude images and parents are much more concerned with nudity than those types of activities.
Is it that for many people nudity equals sex?

Answer: They are more harmed being taught the lie that the human body is shameful. As any parent knows, that behavior has to be learned. Kids are born nudists and have to be perverted into becoming clothing compulsive.

Self acceptance and tolerance of others is important for them to learn. But instead, we force them to cover up themselves, even at home, and to be offended when others are nude.

Answer: You have a problem a lot of women face. My wife is a slim athlete she hates her body. The problem you're facing isn't about what your body looks like, it's about what you body doesn't look like. One trick I learned while getting my Psychology degree is "ABC". Try to follow these steps, it might take a while and it might be hard at first but keep at it.
A= Accept. Accept that your body is the way it is and hating it wont change a single thing. Good or bad this is what you have, hating it or wishing it would be different wont help you. Saying "I wish my body would be different" or "I wish I looked like her" will only make you hate what you have, "A" is very important for you to be satisfied.
B= Believe. Believe that, even though your body doesn't meet your expectation, your boyfriend seems to like it. Believe that he likes your body and that maybe your expectations of what you should look like are unreasonable.
C= Commit. Commit to a course of action and follow through with it. How would a girl who is comfortable with her body act? Do what she would do. Embarrassment wont kill you, but being paralysed with fear can ruin your life. I'm assuming you're morally ok with being naked in front of him, just uncomfortable with your body. What you can do is decide you'll let him see you naked and then just do it. You'll be afraid, but once you get it over with you'll see that there was really nothing to be afraid of. Just force yourself to go through the fear and do it, you'll feel a lot better afterwards. You might still be uncomfortable with your body, but you wont be so consumed with fear.

My mom caught my best friend and I naked on my bed, how do I face her at the dinner table?

My best friend and I wear playing truth or dare. We both ended up being naked. My mom came home from work and popped open my door to let me know dinner will be ready soon and caught us in a bad position. Im not gay and have a girlfriend. My momjust told me dinner will be ready in 30 minutes and closed the door. How do I face her at the dinner table tonight? Do you think Im in trouble?

Seriously, this is a tough one.
As a guy, I know that sometimes guys fool around, truth or dare, comparing sizes, jerking off together, whatever, and it doesn't mean you're homosexual. So, as a dad, if I caught my son and a friend doing that, I wouldn't give it too much thought - because I did it myself at that age.
But I don't know how much moms get that stuff. My wife doesn't always understand 'guy' stuff.

If u don't have a dad, then ur going to have to bite the bullet and talk to her urself. Just say, 'mom, this is really really embarassing, but can i talk to u about what happened earlier? I am so embarassed to even say anything or look u in the eye, but I wanted u to know that Tommy and I aren't gay. we were just goofing off and playing truth or dare, and we were trying to embarass each other and see who would chicken out first. that's how we ended up like that, and it was kind of funny - until u opened the door, but it's not like we love each other or were even doing anything, ok?'

I doubt if ur in trouble. If ur mom doesn't understand, then she might try to get u some counseling. I think it will blow over.

What is it that makes people so afraid of nudity?

There are so many people in North America who seem to go absolutely ballistic at the idea that anybody would be comfortable enough with their body to be naked in a social setting...why is that?

Are people being trained from childhood to feel ashamed of their body, that they need to hide it away?

I was, when I was younger, terribly uncomfortable with nudity because of exactly that reason. When I got older (16) I realized how totally ridiculous I had been acting all throughout my childhood.

But why do we insist on forcing this bizarre concept on every successive generation?

Answer: Yes, they are being trained in childhood to feel shame. The society we live in has so many sexual hang-ups it isn't funny, but at least here in Canada the Naked Bike Ride protest is certainly very naked, especially Vancouver's. People who try to break the status quo are frowned upon by the repressed majority.

The media sensationalizing sex doesn't help - the bodily images people are bombarded with create artificial sensations of unworthiness in the masses, causing people who do not fit the popular stereotype afraid if showing themselves in a state of undress. It took me a long time to break my programming - luckily I had not taken to it very well to begin with - and now have spent a few hippie music fests in a state of unhindered nudity: no-one there made me feel shame or assumed I was looking for 'a good time.' I found more people looked me in the eye, actually, instead of allowing themselves to drift with imagining what I had under my clothes (that's the theory, anyways).

People have been trained to believe that the only time to get naked is when we intend to procreate - or at least go through the motions. The Biblical laws and attitudes against nudity have less to do with shame and more to do with the times in which the laws and ideas were formed. It's generally agreed that people are more 'civilized' now than we were then: for as long as people are trained to see naked people as objects we will not be worthy calling ourselves a mature society.

Think on this: in Denmark, 2% of the nation's beaches are NOT clothing-optional.

Arent you supposed to give your little kids/toddlers a tap on the bum if they go running around naked?

You would take the advice from a BIBLE for what is right and what is wrong when it comes to human nature? We ALL have vagina's and penis's - the worst thing that you can do to a toddler, who is just learning about the human body, is to reprimand him/her for doing what comes NATURAL. Punishing or not allowing these natural behaviors will only lead to a more curious child, and more serious consequences.

How in the world can a small child that young feel shame?! Better yet, what kind of a parent would you be if you were to force shame on a child that young?

The human body is a beautiful thing. And as you are referring to the Bible (unbelievable) let's go the route in which you seem to understand, shall we? After Adam disobeyed God and was sinful he was ashamed and afraid and tried to hide. He tried to hide behind fig leaves but God was disappointed at Adam's excuse about clothes. God asked: "Who told you you were naked?" This was man's immediate confused reaction to sin. And nowhere in the Bible does God say we should keep his temple covered.

Allow your child to be free just as the day s/he was born. It's NATURAL.

Your real worry here is the awkwardness of bumping into girls that have seen you naked. what matters here is to get into naked and do the stuff AFTER you have establish a relationship with her instead of just wanted to get laid. You should be worry on how to get a proper girlfriend. I doubt your girlfriend will giggles over your naked body and there should not be any awkwardness if you bump into her because you are no longer stranger but her boyfriend.

Why do I dream about being naked in public?

I keep having a dream that Im naked in public and my crush is always there.
A few weeks ago I dreamed that I was at a water park and my bathing suit came off, leaving me naked and afraid that my crush would see me. After that, I had a dream that I was walking around the track at school and I was completely naked but no one noticed or cared.
And last night, I dreamed that I left my clothes in my locker at school and so I had to run across the hall to get them. This time, I was embarrassed to be seen naked and people were laughing at me and some seemed disgusted. And my crush was walking down the hall, so I ran away as fast as I could into the office, hoping he couldnt see. Unfortunately, he walked into the office, too, and I was trying to cover my body with my hands. He didnt seem to notice, though.
What does this mean? And why was my crush in it, being the only one who didnt notice me naked? And also, why didnt people care in the other dream but cared in the last one? Im confused :/

My parents have always known me for being modest. But Ive been keeping the secret for 2 years and they still dont know I prefer being in the nude. Im just afraid how theyll react.

Answer: Wearing clothes is a social construct. In our society you follow the rules, no matter how innane they are. If you are still living at home, you need to follow the rules of the house. If that means wear clothes, put them on. When you are off on your own, in your own home, paying your own bills, dress how you feel. Until then you might consider getting a plan to get off on your own and figure out how to make it happen quickly....like get a job.

I just joined a swim team, but Im kind of nervous about showering naked before and after. How many of you shower naked before and/or after, and are you/were you nervous about it?

Answer: The same thing happened to me when I had swim class. Most of the guys in there just showered naked. But there were a few of us that just showered with our suit on. I did both, for the first couple of weeks I was nervous about taking my suit off while showering, it wasn't until someone pants me while I was in my suit, then I started showering naked. I'm going to say that if your too nervous to shower naked with the swim team. You could just shower with your suit on. After a while, when everything gets more relaxed and after you been in the class for a few weeks. Your nerves might go down. Also, don't be afraid to try new things, I mean, hey, they're all guys ain't they. If you think that you have to shower naked, you don't. Even if some of the guys say things to you about showering with your suit on, you will still feel good that you don't have to shower naked.
The choice is up to you. You can shower with your suit on. You could also shower naked, but of course, that's when you feel good about it, and once you do. It'll take all the nerves away.
