Now by voltage law for left loop, (counter clockwise positive)

Now for the right loop, i3 +8i3 +5i2 +i2 = 14-4 = 10

The quote from him is "calling the Legislature back into session because too much important work remains undone for the people of Texas," he further goes on to say, "Through their duly elected representatives, the citizens of our state have made crystal clear their priorities for our great state"

Answer: SB5 is a 304 page list of new rules. It has no headingsd, no sections it just goes on page after page and you have no way of finding anything in it. It does have the following points:
--it broadens the definition fo 'supervisor' and 'manager' so more people will not be eligible to belong to any union(just what is says).
--It increasdes the list of what is an unfair labor practice like employee or employee organization cannot form a boycott, or strike or suggesting a work slowdown. It says nothing about employer unfair labor practices.
--It removes all pay schedules and leave only minimum and maximum pay amounts and eliminates pay supplememts for longevity qwhich amounted up to 20% of one's salary--in effect eliminating 20% of the potential one can earn after 20 years.
--It reduces vacation time one can earn after 19 years by 16% and sick leave for all by 33%.
--Layoffs cannot use seniority unless you also consider classification title, efficiency of service (undefined) and 'other appropriate factors' (also undefined).
--Each public utilities commision in the state sahll receive a salary as filed by the Director of Administrative Services (previously specified specifically). Now they have to depend on one person for their pay.
--It repeatedly refers to establishing salary schedules for each Board, Commission, state division etc. to be done only on the basis of 'performance'.
--It severely limits what can be talked about at negotiations to wages. They can no longer talk about health care issues, equipment issues, number of staff needed on the ward or shift to do one's job, the number of students in the classroom, the outsourcing of one's job, the closing of a facility, the sellling of your prison. While these were always perogatives of management, they could be discussed and ways to most effectively do it could be discussed. These topics are now explicitly forbidden to even be raised.
--It specifies that any organization, school. department etc that has been declared to be in fiscal emergency/watch, can have any agreed upon salary and benefits suspended at will of the employer. The bargaining agreement can be reopend unilaterally or done away with totally by the employer.
--when whatever is left to be negotiated about cannot be agreed upon, there is no longer any procedure at all to have a neutral third party involved. The legislature or local school board gets to decide the issue and they can only consider what the employer can afford at that very momen--no future income that requires a bond issued, levy passed etc can be considered whatsoever.Their decision is final unless they want to put it up to a vote of their citizens. In the case of state employees, that means a state wide referendum on any pay increase,etc.(of course costing a lot of money for each election unless they mean we have to wait up to a year before the next election).
